On each turn, the player selects one tooth to pull. Most teeth come out safely, allowing the game to continue. However, one tooth is rigged to react instantly when pressed.
Unlike cartoon-style adaptations, this version focuses on realism. The crocodile does not close its entire mouth. Instead, the danger is focused on a single unpredictable tooth, which snaps down suddenly when triggered.
Subtle animations such as slow breathing, minor jaw movements, and eye tracking increase tension with every choice and make the experience feel more lifelike.
The game builds suspense by combining realistic visuals, immersive sound effects, and psychological pressure. Each choice feels risky, even when nothing happens.
